Honorary Dish of the Day: Blueberry-Lemon Fall Bundt Cake

Honorary Dish of the Day: Our honorary dish of the day today is a treat for both the eyes and the sweet tooth! Nay, it is also a downright feast for the soul...Decadent, delicious, and heavenly. Those are the only words that come to mind that can most accurately describe this gorgeous Blueberry-Lemon Fall Bundt Cake! I recently came across this beautiful bundt cake pan with a unique maple leaf pattern design and just simply could not resist the urge to purchase it. I have never made a bundt cake before so this was may very first stab at it and I am happy with the results 😊. I used a store-bought cake mix to which I added 1 cup of whole milk, 1/4 cup of olive oil, 2 eggs, and a dash of pumpkin spice before baking it at 375℉ for 35 minutes. My new cake pan was definitely well worth the buy and it has no doubt firmly earned its place in my very own cooking hall of fame!
