Honorary Dish of the Day: Classic Homemade Potato Hash Browns

Honorary Dish of the Day: Closing out our week with these super delicious Classic Homemade Potato Hash Browns. I consider hash browns to be a real savory treat and will absolutely not mind having them for any meal, whether it's breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner! Yes, in my culinary world, homemade potato hash browns rank way higher than French fries...and the added advantage is that they require much less oil so you can munch on them absolutely guilt-free 😁. There are times I have quickly fried up some hash browns for dinner because I developed a random craving for them! They are very easy to make and you can exercise your creativity by cutting them into different shapes. I simply fry them in about 3 tablespoons of extra virgin oil, season with my spice trifecta of paprika, black pepper, and salt, and let it cook under medium heat for about 20 minutes. I love to pair them with scrambled eggs or sautéed mushrooms for brunch. Give this classic dish a try this weekend and I guarantee that you won't be disappointed. Enjoy!
