Honorary Dish of the Day: Crepes are simply thinly-made pancakes of French origin, and I have never met someone who doesn't love them. They are super versatile (think sweet or savory, breakfast, brunch, lunch, or dinner), easy to make, and simply absolutely delicious. We recently made these scrumptious Fluffy Homestyle Crepes for Sunday brunch that were simply out-of-this-world amazing! Makes for a perfect brunch dish and takes only about 30 minutes in total to make. We will be looking to explore making new sweet and savory dishes with these crepes very soon with different stuffings and fillings to transform the humble crepe into a signature dish, so be on the lookout for upcoming posts over the coming weeks.
