Honorary Dish of the Day: Our honorary dish of the day today is a simple, healthy, summery, and absolutely delicious Fruit Medley Smoothie! Yes, we know Fall just officially started yesterday but we are not quite ready to say goodbye to the ever-wonderful Summer season just yet, especially since the weather has been so beautifully warm 🤗. I made this yummy smoothie using 8 ingredients - 1 apple, 2 mandarin oranges, a slice of red beet root, a slice of mango, 1 teaspoon of moringa powder, 1/4 cup almond milk, 1/4 cup elderflower juice, and 1 cup of raspberry yoghurt. This was a pure experiment and I am glad the flavors blended so well together. Please note that the fig slices were purely for aesthetic purposes here, but they tasted just as good on their own and I'm sure they would also make a great addition to the mix as well. Give this delicious and healthy smoothie a try sometime...I guarantee you'll love it just as much as we did. Enjoy!
