I like to think of cooking as fine art and loved this quote from world renowned Chef Wolgang Puck. Artistry, while partly reliant on natural talent, can also be learned and mastered through constant practice and experimentation with different "ingredients." We are lucky that Mother Nature gives us a plethora of ingredients that we can use in our day-to-day cooking, and as Wolfgang notes, it's how one uniquely combines these components that determines the final results. In my own cooking journey, I endeavor to use the wide variety of spices and raw ingredients at my disposal to create exciting new flavors and invite you to embrace this approach in your own cooking journey!
