Signature Dish of the Day: Crispy Roast Potato Hash
Signature Dish of the Day: Happy Friday! Wrapping up our eventful week with this delicious Crispy Roast Potato Hash as our signature dish of the day! This scrumptious brunch dish is a different take on homemade potato hash browns but the results are just as mouth-watering and absolutely delightful. It is also incredibly easy to prepare and only requires a few simple ingredients commonly found in any kitchen pantry. For this recipe, I diced up about 4 large potatoes into small cubes as shown above, placed them in a large frying pan and seasoned with about 1/2 teaspoon each of ground black pepper, salt, and smoked paprika, then lightly pan-fried them in about 3 tablespoons of olive oil for about 10 mins until they were beautifully golden-brown. I then transferred the potato hash sauté into a glass baking dish and roasted them at 400℉ for about 20 minutes to ensure they cooked through properly. Finally, I garnished with some dry parsley flakes for extra color and flavor, and served hot with a side of scrambled eggs for a tasty and fulfilling brunch meal. Enjoy!
