Signature Dish of the Day: Israeli Couscous with Pine Nuts & Dill

Signature Dish of the Day: Serving up this absolutely beautiful and delicious Israeli Couscous with Pine Nuts & Dill as our signature dish of the day this Wednesday! This dish is an entirely new recipe I developed recently when I couldn't figure out what to eat for dinner but needed something quick and easy. Since I had just bought some pine nuts for a pesto recipe I was planning to try out, I decided to incorporate them to provide a balanced crunchy texture to the soft couscous. This was my first time trying pine nuts as well as fresh dill, and I really enjoyed their unique flavor! They both served as the perfect complement to the pearl couscous. I garnished the dish with some fresh chopped dill and dry parsley flakes to add that unique herbal fragrance as well as extra flavor and color to the pearl couscous. This recipe takes only about 10 minutes total to make and results in an outstanding side dish for a dinner meal. Be on the lookout for the full recipe coming soon on our Recipe Index. Enjoy!😋
