Honorary Dish of the Day: Serving up these simple yet irresistibly delicious Homestyle Chocolate Muffins as our honorary dish of the day today! We recently had a huge snowstorm and there is something about that particular type of weather that makes me want to stay warm indoors and bake something sweet, cozy, and comforting. I had been craving something sweet and the answer to my prayers came in the form of these soft and utterly delightful chocolate-infused muffins. I absolutely love muffins because they are not only so quick to prepare but also super versatile since they allow for a lot of creativity in terms of flavor and ingredient components. I am not a big fan of frosting so I tend to eat my muffins just as they are, but these can be paired very well with some whipped cream or ice cream for a delightful and heart-warming evening snack or dessert. These can also be enjoyed with some tea or coffee as a sweet breakfast or brunch treat.
